About Your Treatment

Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Scheduling: All appointments booked are for initial consultations only. These can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at our clinic. No upfront payment is required to book your consultation. 2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time may limit your ability to book future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your consultation. If you are running late, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Payment: Payment for any treatments discussed during your consultation will be required at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and financing options through Cherry. 5. Consultation Preparation: For certain consultations, specific instructions may be provided ahead of time. Please follow these guidelines to ensure the consultation is as effective as possible. 6. Age Policy: Clients must be 18 years or older to book consultations. Minors require parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult during the consultation. 7. Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to any contagious illnesses, please contact us to reschedule your consultation.
