What is Forma? Forma harnesses the power of Radiofrequency (RF) therapy for non-surgical skin tightening. By gently heating the deep layers of the skin, Forma stimulates the production of elastin, promoting natural skin firmness. Additionally, Forma targets fat cells through a process called apoptosis, where heat damages fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body through the lymphatic system. Best of all, this treatment is entirely pain-free! Where Can Forma Treat? Forma is versatile, suitable for both facial and body areas. Facial treatments commonly target the forehead, crow's feet, upper and lower eyelids, nasolabial folds, jowls, smile lines, and neck. On the body, Forma is effective for areas like the arms (often referred to as "bat wings"), abdomen, and other areas needing refinement.
Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Scheduling: All appointments booked are for initial consultations only. These can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at our clinic. No upfront payment is required to book your consultation. 2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time may limit your ability to book future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your consultation. If you are running late, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Payment: Payment for any treatments discussed during your consultation will be required at the time of service. Consultation Preparation: For certain consultations, specific instructions may be provided ahead of time. Please follow these guidelines to ensure the consultation is as effective as possible. 6. Age Policy: Clients must be 18 years or older to book consultations. Minors require parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult during the consultation. 7. Health and Safety: If you are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to any contagious illnesses, please contact us to reschedule your consultation.
